[TMA] What About Indoor Cooking?

Okay, so we are pretty much split for cooking on the grill, gas or charcoal. What about indoor cooking? Gas or electric?
For indoor cooking, I prefer gas. I find that it is harder to moderate or control electric stoves.

I always thought electric was fine until I got a gas stove. I love it!
